Fladgate advises Otium Real Estate on major leisure letting
Fladgate LLP has advised Otium Real Estate, led by Ashley Blake, on the reletting of the ex-Buzz Bingo unit on Robin Leisure Park Anjou Boulevard Wigan. Following a CVA in August 2020, Buzz Bingo, an anchor tenant of the park, Otium has re-let Unit 4 (25,353 sqft) on a new 15 year lease to Club 3000 Bingo, the 3rd largest operator in the UK which has 20 bingo clubs.
Club 3000 Bingo will be taking possession in November and is investing £1.5m in a complete refurbishment of the unit. Club 3000 Bingo will be a significant new employer in the Wigan area, creating 40 jobs, supporting the local economy.
This will be the first Buzz unit re-let in the UK and the transaction was completed in strict confidence within a 4 week timescale.
