Flint Bishop appoints commercial property partner in Sheffield
Flint Bishop has continued its expansion in Sheffield with the appointment of Charlotte Harris as partner in its Commercial Property team, based at the Firm’s new Sheffield office at 1 Holly Street, which opened earlier this month as part of its continued investment in the region.
Charlotte brings more than 20 years’ experience in commercial property, advising a broad range of clients including investment businesses, banks, healthcare operators and organisations across the energy, renewables and waste sectors. Her experience includes large-scale portfolio acquisitions, commercial property sales and acquisitions, secured lending, refinancing and supporting wider corporate transactions.

Charlotte said: “The opportunity to join Flint Bishop as it continues its expansion across Sheffield is one that truly excites me. The Firm has a clear ambition for the region and, having spent much of my career supporting businesses and organisations across the city’s vibrant market, it’s a pleasure to be part of Flint Bishop as it establishes itself as a growing force in the city.”
Qamer Ghafoor, chief executive at Flint Bishop, said: “Charlotte’s appointment represents another significant step forward for Flint Bishop as we continue to invest in Sheffield and strengthen our presence across the region. Her extensive experience, strong understanding of the local market and expertise across key sectors make her an excellent addition to our Commercial Property team.
