Former Hampshire care home sold to Nightingale Court Care Ltd

Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has completed on the sale of the former Edenvale Nursing Home in Waterlooville, Hampshire, to Nightingale Court Care Ltd.

Edenvale Nursing Home was purpose-built in 2015 and comprises 35 single en suite bedrooms set over three floors. The home ceased trading in 2019 and was brought to market by its previous owner, Sundridge Developments Ltd, in March 2021, when Christie & Co was appointed to sell the site through a structured marketing campaign.

Multiple offers were received on the site, and the home was sold to Nightingale Court Care Ltd, the directors of which are local care home operators.

Edenvale Nursing Home was sold for an undisclosed price.
