FRP Corporate Finance advises TritonExec on $30m investment by Prytek
London-based global executive search firm TritonExec has secured a $30m (£22.5m) investment by Singaporean multinational technology corporation Prytek, in a deal supported by FRP Corporate Finance.
The investment will see TritonExec – a specialist in leadership recruitment for the professional services, financial services, fintech and technology sectors – become part of Prytek’s talent solutions division partnering with Hirewell.
FRP’s London Corporate Finance team – led by partner Mark Farlow and supported by senior manager Ed Shurville-Darlington and manager Chris Haidar – were appointed by TritonExec as lead advisers on the deal.
Prytek will combine the expertise of TritonExec’s worldwide network of executives with Hirewell’s existing technology platforms and resources to create an end-to-end solution for clients. The business’ investment in TritonExec follows earlier investments into both Hirewell and Rainmakers – a company providing a digital marketplace for the recruitment of technology sales talent.
Prytek – which also has offices in the UK, Israel, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Cyprus, India and the United States – provides technology solutions through a Business Operating Platform-as-a-Service (BOPaaS) division, and invests in and acquires digital solutions through a technology arm.
Legal support for TritonExec was provided by Trowers & Hamlins LLP.
Adam Stolerman, managing partner, TritonExec, said: “This partnership is set to unlock significant growth opportunities. Together with Hirewell, this investment will only strengthen our ability to help companies grow and scale by being able to efficiently access the talent and data they need – particularly at executive level.
“FRP has been an outstanding partner throughout this process. We already knew of its reputation for excellent outcomes and its expertise in the recruitment sector before we started working together, but Mark and the team have only surpassed our expectations. We now have our eyes firmly fixed on the future, and are looking forward to driving exceptional results across the Prytek group.”
Mark Farlow, partner at FRP Corporate Finance, said: “This deal highlights the current strength of investor interest in the talent sector, particularly in innovative, ambitious businesses that specialise in high-demand sub-sectors, like consulting and technology.
“Jon, Ben and Adam and the team at TritonExec have built a global business with true expertise, and this partnership with Prytek will take both businesses to the next level. We’re proud to have been able to support them in this deal, and we wish them all the best for the future.”
