Gener8 Finance step up new business drive with Quick appointment
Gener8 Finance (“Gener8”), the Oxfordshire-based independent invoice finance provider, is delighted to announce the appointment of Janice Quick as business development manager. Janice will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with introducers predominantly in the Midlands region as well as Warwickshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, whilst supporting SMEs across the UK access funding lines between £50k and £1m for growth.
The appointment comes at an exciting time for Gener8 who as part of the 1pm group of companies continue to expand and strengthen their team, most recently with the appointment of Tansy Cunningham as head of business. Responding to a growing client base, the firm has also expanded and enhanced their risk and relationship management team through a combination of internal promotions and new recruits to optimise the service they offer to clients.
Janice brings to Gener8 over 25 years’ experience within the financial services sector, having previously worked at Bibby Financial Services and Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance. Initially starting her career within operations, Janice has gained extensive experience in managing client relationships, before securing a business development manager role. Providing solutions to SMEs, Janice has spent the last 9 years working closely with business owners to truly understand their needs and present the most viable funding solution.
