‘Good’ Worcestershire residential home sold to Princedale Care Group
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Greenhill Park Residential Care Home in Evesham, Worcestershire.
Greenhill Park Residential Care Home is registered for 34 service users. Its primary aim is that “residents live in a clean, comfortable and safe environment, and are treated with respect and sensitivity to their individual needs and abilities.”
The business has been owned by Maria Baylis and Michael Cole since 2005 and, in this time, has benefitted from extensive works including a new purpose-built extension added in 2013 with all en suite accommodation. The home has built up an excellent reputation in the local community for providing quality care in an exceptional environment and had a ‘Good’ CQC rating in 2021. The home also has a registered manager and enjoys a high proportion of privately funded clients.
Set in grounds of around one and a half acres, Greenhill Park occupies a former Victorian gentleman’s residence which has been sympathetically converted and extended to provide high-quality care. The home is ideally located in the quiet residential suburb of Evesham on the Worcestershire/West Midlands border, with outstanding views over the Vale of Evesham and the Cotswold Hills.
Following a confidential sale, the home has been sold to Princedale Care Group.
