Hilton-Baird Financial Solutions appoints Russ Harker
Hilton-Baird Financial Solutions, the leading commercial finance broker, has appointed experienced commercial finance professional, Russ Harker, to the position of relationship development & business growth manager.
Russ joins Hilton-Baird Financial Solutions from ABN AMRO Commercial Finance, where he spent nearly 5 years as the head of financial restructuring & recovery within their Asset-Based Lending & Lease division.
Having additionally spent more than 20 years at Lloyds Bank Commercial Finance across a range of senior sales, risk and client management positions in invoice finance and asset-based lending, Russ brings vast experience to this new role within the brokerage.
Reporting into managing director Evette Orams, with whom he worked alongside on two prior occasions (at GMAC Commercial Finance and Lloyds Bank Commercial Finance) more than two decades ago, Russ will be focused on building and strengthening relationships with referral partners, generating new business opportunities, and providing valuable support to clients and partners alike.
