Howes Percival expands Milton Keynes office with commercial partner appointment
Howes Percival has expanded its commercial practice with the appointment of Max Windich, a commercial contracts lawyer specialising in the IT, technology, life sciences and academic sectors. He joins the leading regional law firm as a partner within its corporate, commercial, and banking (CCB) practice.
For the last six years, Max ran his own legal consultancy, Windich Legal, providing specialist legal services to clients in the Thames Valley from tech start-ups to universities and multinationals. Prior to that he was at Penningtons Manches LLP.
Max has particular expertise advising on procurement and outsourcing transactions, IT and technology contracts, complex supply chain and licensing arrangements and creative collaborations in arts and fashion. Max supports several key clients as an extension of their in-house function, priding himself on his close relationships with in-house counsel and his tailored approach to individual client needs.

Howes Percival’s CCB practice advises clients on significant and transformational acquisitions, disposals, as well as a full range of contractual matters. It provides a dedicated banking and finance service to its borrower clients, and to banks, financial institutions, funds, and other lenders. In recent years, the CCB team has grown to over 30 fee earners and to enable the firm to offer specialist services to clients, it was restructured to create three dedicated service lines.
