HPD Software expands management team to drive client focused approach
Technology specialist promotes Andrea Cole and Paul Bower
HPD Software, the technology specialist for commercial finance providers, has promoted Andrea Cole to the position of global products director and Paul Bower to global commercial director.
The announcement follows on from the appointment of Kevin Day as the new CEO at the end of November, and the launch of HPD 2.0 – all focused around the company’s client-centric approach.
Andrea Cole, who has been with HPD for 15 years, has been promoted from Aquarius product director. In her new role, she will be responsible for product management and development – looking at the growth and strategy of all new and existing solutions, and bringing them all under a uniform product suite. She will also manage client services including contractual service levels, client satisfaction and HPD’s growing Software as a Service.
Paul Bower has worked in the commercial division of HPD for nine years. In his new role, he will oversee all client relationships and activity in the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions – creating one central point of contact for HPD customers. His responsibilities will include client management, system implementations, upgrades, training and consultancy.
