HPD Software integrate new collections module into the Aquarius platform
HPD Software is pleased to announce the launch of the new Aquarius Collections Integration Module.
The Aquarius Collections Integration Module (ACIM) brings new functionality and benefits to the invoice finance market. This simplifies our clients’ businesses by reducing the number of manual steps and processes involved in extracting and passing their debts or overdue accounts for collection.
Matthew White, new product development manager at HPD Software, said: “The Aquarius Collections Integration Module incorporates new capabilities to improve the throughput of our client’s aged and overdue accounts directly to their nominated external debt collection agency, thereby improving workflow and process management. We are delighted with the result and are sure that our clients will welcome the straight-through-processing that the ACIM delivers.”
Raymond van der Loos, managing director of Atradius Collections, the first company to integrate with Aquarius said: “HPD Software and Atradius work seamlessly together to help streamline our client’s processes and continually improve our offering. We understand the administrative burden of delivering first class invoice finance solutions and are delighted to have integrated our systems with HPD Software, ensuring that we continue to operate at the cutting edge of technology and bring the maximum levels of efficiency to our client base.”
Future versions of the ACIM will include fully automated scheduling facilities which will allow Aquarius users to specify both the time and frequency of automatically passing overdue accounts to Atradius and incorporate additional collection agencies into the platform.
