HPD Software launch Aquarius 4.7 – delivering a new trade finance module
HPD Software is delighted to announce the launch of Aquarius 4.7, which delivers a new trade finance module.
Aquarius 4.7 is able to track and link together individual details of a client’s purchase orders, sales orders and invoicing to provide a single end-to-end base for funding through the trade cycle. Fully automated and able to work across multiple currency lines, the system allows funding generated from each stage of the trade life cycle to repay earlier stages without the need for complex and time consuming manual reconciliation. Payments to third parties can be made directly, allowing the release of shipments and control of deliveries.
Information is presented to clients through an enhanced web portal and supported by a number of new custom built reports. This new module opens up the possibility of offering genuine end-to-end funding to a broad range of businesses and delivers a scalable solution for anyone looking to develop their operation in this growing market.
Andrea Cole, product director at HPD Software, said: “At HPD Software we are seeing an increase in the number of businesses, of all sizes, who are sourcing their purchases direct from foreign suppliers. With the growth in the Far East and the ease of access to suppliers via the internet it is vital that invoice finance providers can deliver a flexible and robust funding solution to reflect the demands of this ‘new norm’ in the business world. The launch of Aquarius 4.7 offers those providing Trade Finance, or those planning on entering this market, a seamless end-to-end funding platform, which will save them administrative time, improve workflow and risk management and offer their clients a flawless funding service.”
