HTB introduces fast-track and completes £1m bridging loan in 23 days
Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) has completed a £1m refinance and capital raise for a BTL investment property in 23 days of receiving the enquiry. The client required an £890k refinance for an existing property with £100k capital raise in order to carry out refurbishment on other properties in their portfolio.
The 75% LTV deal was completed at 0.65% on a 9-month term.
