International Business 2025 Conference: Sustainable Business Architecture
On August 12, 2025, the International Business 2025 Conference: Sustainable Business Architecture, organized by the International Business Association (IBA), was held in Kyiv at the Parkovy Congress Center (16a Parkova Road). The event was dedicated to strategies for creating a business capable of withstanding global challenges and the role of process analytics in the transformation of the modern economy.

- Sixteen speakers, including leading analysts, consultants, and transformation leaders, who presented practical case studies, tools, and the latest approaches to management.

Key topics of discussion
Among the topics that attracted the most interest were new management models based on process analytics, the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into business processes, and the creation of effective ecosystems for small and medium-sized businesses. Special attention was paid to issues of international cooperation and the entry of Ukrainian companies into global markets.
Speeches by business leaders
Members of the IBA Council and leading Ukrainian business executives shared their experiences. In particular, Rostislav Vovk spoke about the international influence of Ukrainian manufacturers and the role of innovation in building a global brand. Dmytro Morozov emphasized the importance of partnership and creating long-term value for customers. Ihor Khizhnyak shared a case study of the digital transformation of a retail chain, which allowed the company to combine online and offline sales into a single system.
Scientific and social dimension
An important part of the conference was the presentations by scientists and experts in the field of socio-economic policy. Ella Libanova, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, highlighted the interconnection between demographic processes and economic development, emphasizing that sustainable business is impossible without taking human capital into account. She stressed that human resources are the key driver for overcoming the consequences of the crisis in Ukraine and reaching a new economic level.
Entrepreneurship and consulting experience
Entrepreneur and consultant Igor Gut presented a Ukrainian-Swedish model of business development based on a culture of systematic growth and effective management. His report sparked a lively discussion among participants, who discussed tools for supporting small and medium-sized businesses and the implementation of international management practices in the Ukrainian context.
Conference results
The International Business 2025 conference confirmed the IBA’s status as a platform for shaping the business elite and strengthening the entrepreneurial environment in Ukraine. The event became a platform for networking, finding partners, and exchanging practices, and also showed that sustainable business development requires a combination of technology, leadership, and international cooperation. Participants agreed to continue the dialogue in the format of further business forums, which the IBA plans to organize in the near future.
