Irwin Mitchell Appoints Bird & Bird corporate partner into London Office
Irwin Mitchell has recruited private equity and venture capital specialist, Geraint Lloyd, as it steps up its investment in expanding its corporate team.
Geraint advises on venture capital fundings, management buy-outs and buy-ins across a range of sectors including renewables, technology, education, and real estate.
Geraint is the latest senior level addition to Irwin Mitchell’s corporate and financial services team. Recently the firm appointed transactional tax partners, Kate Featherstone and Jennie Newton. banking partner, Jeremy Ladyman, has also joined the firm in the last few months, moving from Squire Patton Boggs where he was a lead adviser on treasury, derivatives, and financial services matters.
