Knowledge Bank X FP Show live Criteria Clinics programme announced
Mortgage criteria search system Knowledge Bank is debuting its Criteria Clinics in front of a live audience at the 2022 Finance Professional Show.
On 10th November at Olympia London, Knowledge Bank founder and CEO Nicola Firth will host a series of interactive sessions that aim to engage both experienced and new-to-market brokers, IFAs and introducers as they learn more about various parts of the specialist finance sector.
Consisting of two format types — panel and rapid-fire sessions — experts will take questions from delegates that have either been pre-submitted or asked on the day, and endeavour to not only provide general information around that finance niche, but also place deals that are brought to the table, where applicable.
“We are so excited to bring the buzz of the hugely popular Criteria Clinics live to the FP Show this year,” commented Nicola.
“Following the same format as our webinars, brokers will be able to join us throughout the day for a variety of sessions covering regulated, BTL, commercial and specialist lending.
“We’ll be placing brokers’ cases during the sessions, as well talking through [lenders’] criteria in detail and getting an insight into their underwriting.
“Brokers who are new to the industry and visiting the FP Show for the first time will learn so much from the clinics, and more experienced brokers with cases to place will be able to see what options there are for them and hopefully write the business on the day.”
Panel sessions will last 45 minutes, and rapid fires are approximately 25 minutes long. The latter will consist exclusively of pre-submitted questions and audience interaction only, as experts are challenged to tackle as many queries and place as many deals as possible.
Panel sessions will involve a larger group and more context as a backdrop to audience participation.
The confirmed programme is as follows:
10.30am panel – BTL, including HMOs, MUFBs and limited company lending
11.30am panel – commercial lending
12.30 rapid fire – bridging, including auction finance
1.30pm panel – development finance
2.30pm rapid fire – second charges
Details of the lenders involved in these sessions will be announced on 6th October.
Attendance is free of charge, however pre-registration is required.
One-on-one, 15-minute slots with participating lenders/panellists will be made available to book from mid-October.
