Kroll Joins Crown Commercial Service’s Restructuring and Insolvency Services Framework
Kroll, the leading provider of data, technology and insights related to risk, governance and growth, announced today it has been named as a supplier on Crown Commerical Service’s (CCS) Restructuring and Insolvency Services framework (R&I).
RM6269 Restructuring and Insolvency Services framework (R&I) provides a route for HM Government and public sector bodies, including UK Government Investments and the British Business Bank, to procure expert restructuring and insolvency advice on cases of all sizes and complexity.
Kroll has been named as a supplier on ‘RM6269 – Restructuring and Insolvency Services Framework (R&I)’ through which customers can access specialist services including: business reviews, insolvency contingency planning, cash flow reviews, and distressed debt restructuring when faced with matters of corporate stress and distress which directly or indirectly impact the government.
