Landbay reduces rates across Limited Edition five-year range
Landbay has dropped the rates across its Limited Edition standard five-year fixed rate product range by 0.10% with rates now starting at 5.05%.

- 70% LTV 5.05% (was 5.15%) – 7% fee
- 75% LTV 5.25% (was 5.35%) – 6% fee
- 75% LTV 5.85% (was 5.95%) – 3% fee
- 75% LTV 6.05% (was 6.15%) – 2% fee
- 75% LTV 6.05% (was 6.15%) – £1,499 fee
