Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Leigh Dental Practice in Enfield, North London.
Leigh Dental Practice is a mixed income business with two fully plumbed rooms offering significant potential for additional surgeries and greater capacity. It occupies a semi-detached property on the corner of a residential road in the busy area of Enfield, North London.
The business was previously owner by Dr Simon Leigh and has been purchased by Dr Monsur Hannan who also owns Wisteria House Dental Practice in West Ham.
