Lendlord launches mobile app

Online portfolio management platform Lendlord has launched an android app to provide users with the full functionality of the online platform from their smartphone.

The Lendlord app enables landlords to manage, track and optimise their portfolio’s performance.

Lendlord provides landlords with a safe and secure place in the cloud in which they can place all of the information they need to manage their investment. Since its launch several months ago, Lendlord has helped thousands of portfolio landlords to track the performance of their portfolios and improve their bottom line as a result.

The app features all of the functionality of the desktop version of the platform, helping landlords to manage their tenants and tenancies, track their monthly income and expenses, understand their financing options and to evaluate and analyse potential new property acquisitions.
