Leonard Curtis Legal expands London restructuring and insolvency team
Leonard Curtis Legal (LCL), a division of Leonard Curtis Group, has expanded its restructuring and insolvency expertise in London with the appointment of solicitor Layla Taylor.
Layla brings significant experience to the growing London team with a view to supporting the expansion of services. She joins LCL at an exciting time of business growth, with the firm announcing a commitment to double turnover by 2025.
Katharine Lawrenson, director at LCL, said: “Layla’s appointment further strengthens Leonard Curtis Legal’s team in London and the South. Her expertise in insolvency and restructuring will prove invaluable in supporting the wider Group, our clients and professional contacts.”
“The legal team has seen an increase in demand for insolvency and restructuring advice in the current challenging economic climate. We continue to grow rapidly and are always keen to talk to experienced lawyers looking for a new challenge away from the traditional law firm model,” added Lawrenson.
Layla commented: “I’m delighted to join the team at Leonard Curtis Legal at a time where restructuring and insolvency advice is crucial in ensuring businesses are fully aware of their options in times of distress. The model gives me the opportunity to work closely with our senior team and clients, both internally and externally, which I look forward to, along with working across the Group to deliver the best solutions.”
