London based professional services group completes latest accountancy acquisition
360 Advisors Fusion Consulting Group is delighted to announce its latest acquisition as part of its buy and build strategy.
Fusion Consulting Group, established in 2015 has been growing by organic and acquisitive means, and has established a holistic advisory firm for SME’s and private clients, an industry which has seen tremendous buy-and-build momentum in recent years.
Now boasting a staff of 35 and further boosted by its entrance into the financial services sector earlier in 2021, Fusion has acquired Wilton Mutlow & Co Ltd, a long-standing and highly-regarded accountancy and taxation firm based in Hertfordshire.
Wilton Mutlow & Co will now form part of the company’s Fusion Accountancy offering and be able to offer a wider range of services through the group.
