MCI appoints UTB to its lender panel
Continuing to build up the specialist lenders on its panel, MCI Mortgage Club has brought on board United Trust Bank.
UTB lends on first and second charge mortgages up to £500,000 and will consider non-prime customers and non-standard construction property types. As a specialist lender, UTB has flexible criteria for both employed and self-employed clients and it does not credit score.
Technology is at the forefront of UTB’s offering and last year it launched a Secure Chat Hub. This is an app for brokers and customers to communicate securely with the bank during mortgage applications. The app runs complete security checks using facial recognition for ID verification, it can upload documents, accepts e-signatures and is more data-secure than emails.
