Metro Bank appoints new chief transformation officer
Metro Bank has announced that Martin Boyle has been appointed chief transformation officer. He will report to the CEO, Dan Frumkin and will be a member of the Bank’s executive committee (ExCo).
Martin, an experienced change and operations leader with extensive retail banking expertise, joins from Nationwide Building Society, where he was chief transformation officer and sat on the Society’s ExCo. He will be responsible for delivering the Bank’s change and transformation agenda. Martin has significant expertise leading transformational programmes and portfolios, and has held senior roles in Portman Building Society, VISA Europe and Accenture.
Commenting on the appointment, Dan Frumkin, Metro Bank CEO says: “I’m pleased Martin has decided to join Metro Bank. He will bring invaluable transformation and change expertise that will be instrumental to ensuring the success of Metro Bank and the execution of our strategic plan to return the bank to sustainable growth, invest in infrastructure, and control costs.”
