Midlands business support grows with new leadership appointment
Xeinadin, a leading provider of accountancy services and business advice for small and medium-sized enterprises and individuals across the UK and Ireland, has appointed Pavanvir Dhaliwal as director in its Leicester office. The promotion marks the culmination of a seven-year journey, beginning when Dhaliwal joined the practice as a trainee in 2018.
In his new role, Dhaliwal will lead a portfolio of SME clients across the Midlands, with a particular focus on the dentistry and property sectors. His role also includes overseeing team development, supporting office-wide strategy and preparing clients for upcoming regulatory changes, including the rollout of Making Tax Digital.
Reflecting on the promotion, Dhaliwal said: “When I joined the practice as a graduate, I didn’t expect to be leading a regional office before thirty years of age, but I’ve had consistent support from colleagues and mentors who encouraged me to keep developing. I’m proud to now help guide others on the same path. My advice to those starting out would be to treat the early years as a foundation. Ask questions, learn everything you can, and always stay curious.”

Dhaliwal’s progression comes within two years of the Leicester office joining Xeinadin, an integration that preserved the office’s culture, clients and team, while adding access to wider expertise and specialist resources. His appointment reflects Xeinadin’s model of empowering local offices while strengthening national capability.
Carl Danvers, Midlands Area managing partner at Xeinadin, commented: “Pavanvir’s promotion speaks to the values we aim to uphold across the practice. Supporting talent, rewarding initiative and creating genuine pathways to leadership. He understands the needs of regional SMEs and brings the kind of practical, people-first approach that defines our offices.”
Dhaliwal is one of several young professionals to benefit from Xeinadin’s ‘our people’ values and collaborative culture focused on growth. The practice continues to invest in early-stage training, apprenticeships and structured development programmes, including the Pathway to Partner initiative, ensuring long-term continuity for its teams and clients.
