Moore Kingston Smith welcomes two new partners
Moore Kingston Smith LLP, a leading multi-disciplinary advisory, tax and audit firm, welcomes Alison Kerrey to the tax technical team and Guy Taylor to the corporate finance team.
A tax policy expert with over 20 years’ experience, Alison is a partner leading the tax technical team. Alison brings vast experience engaging with HMRC and HM Treasury on new and developing tax policy areas, including the government’s Making Tax Digital plan, which will have significant implications for businesses and individuals. A member of various ICAEW and CIOT technical committees, Alison also chairs the joint ATT-CIOT Digitalisation and Agent Services Committee.

Guy Taylor is a corporate finance partner, specialising in debt advisory services, focusing on private equity and corporate clients. He has extensive experience in raising various types of debt, including real estate, working capital, asset-based and leveraged debt across multiple industries. Examples of Guy’s expertise include corporate and private equity acquisitions, dividend recaps and shareholder restructurings. A Chartered Accountant (FCA) and MBA, Guy began his finance career in transaction services and M&A, before transitioning into the debt and leveraged lending space over 15 years ago.
