National Federation of Builders launches innovative ‘Ask NFB’ Digital Advice Platform
The National Federation of Builders (NFB) has announced the launch of the Ask NFB digital knowledge hub, a cutting-edge platform designed to offer construction businesses instant and comprehensive advice.
The new Ask NFB platform marks a significant milestone following the rebranding of NFB’s advice lines and document library earlier this year, which consolidated the NFB’s existing advice lines into a single, accessible national desk. These expert advice lines provide members with a wide range of services, including HR, legal, policy, technical, procurement, health and safety, and more.
The online knowledge hub is easily accessible with search-first functionality and clearly categorised advice documents backed by an integrated artificial intelligence assistant carefully designed to enhance the user’s experience.
Ask NFB will equip members with an extensive knowledge base, a library of customisable template contracts, policies, and business documents, as well as the latest industry guidance and best practices. This innovative service is set to ensure that NFB members stay ahead of the competition and make informed decisions that drive business growth and success.
James Butcher, director of strategy and operations at the NFB, said: “Ask NFB is the ultimate construction expert resource. We have assembled a comprehensive library of resources, including templates, the latest guidance, model policies, news articles, and information on key industry standards, all in one place. This ensures our members have the tools they need to thrive in a competitive market. As more and more members use it, it will grow and grow.”
Sean Houlston, membership services manager at the NFB, added: “We are dedicated to providing our members with the essential resources to navigate the complexities of the construction industry and make informed decisions that foster business growth and success. Ask NFB is a powerful tool that empowers our members to achieve their goals and provides a significant boost to the construction sector.”
