New customer insights and partnership manager appointed
Unity Trust Bank has announced the appointment of Nina Chaidemenaki as its new customer insights and partnership manager, as part of the bank’s ongoing commitment to enhance customer experience.
Skilled in working across a variety of market sectors including healthcare, insurance and finance, Nina joins Unity from Critical Future, a strategy and technology company. Nina is also the co-founder of not-for-profit organisation, Women4Cyber Greek Chapter, which focuses on empowering women to enter the business sector by strengthening their skills and knowledge and providing networking opportunities.
In her new role at Unity, Nina will be responsible for identifying customer needs and creating strategic partnerships to address new and emerging business demand, with the aim of improving customers’ overall banking experience. With a strong background in market research and analytics, she’ll be using her depth of knowledge in the field to advance the bank’s customer-centric approach.
