New head of people joins DF Capital
DF Capital today announced the appointment of Charlie Michael to the newly-created role of head of people. Charlie will be responsible for developing and leading the people strategy, including talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and the culture agenda.
Charlie joins from Aldermore Bank where she spent ten years in several senior HR roles. She has worked within the financial services industry for over 20 years – including roles at Merrill Lynch and Formation Asset Management. The last five years have seen her partner with senior executives to enable the design and implementation of meaningful people programmes which have encompassed culture, colleague engagement, performance management, organisational change and transformation.
Charlie said: “I’m absolutely delighted to join DF Capital at such a pivotal stage in the business’ journey and be part of a team who are all working together to build something very special. I can’t wait to start developing new and innovative people strategies that will enable us to deliver even better colleague and customer experiences.
