Ambitions Personnel has announced that it is to move its Lincoln head office to larger premises in the city.
Supported by RBS Invoice Finance, the company will move their current operation from the Cornhill to Firth Court (formerly the DVLA office) just off Firth Road. The new offices will provide Ambitions Personnel with the additional space the growing organisation needs to operate from. Recruiters as well as central functions including accounts, hr and marketing will be based at the new premises.
Established in 1990, Ambitions Personnel are specialists in the supply of skilled and unskilled personnel for temporary and permanent positions. They operate in a wide variety of industries including the commercial, industrial and financial sectors of the business community. The company employs 72 members of staff in total across 12 offices in the East of England, including branches in Colchester, Newark, Mansfield, Grantham, Sleaford, Worksop, Boston, Stamford, Wisbech, Nottingham and Derby. Within the last 5 years the company has experienced 100% growth and has big plans for the future.
Mandy Watson, director of Ambitions Personnel said: “Our new premises are fantastic. The offices are modern and have given us more space to run the company from. In addition to extra working space, we also have more meeting rooms and have installed new IT facilities which should improve our efficiency.
“We had been based at our previous offices on the Cornhill since 1995 and I wanted to find new premises which offered us the additional space we needed, but remain in a prominent location close to the city centre. Firth Court met both of these requirements perfectly and we are looking forward to operating from them for many more happy years in Lincoln.
“The working capital facility with have with RBS Invoice Finance has continued to support us brilliantly during this period of change and has meant we have been able to focus on the relocation without worrying too much about the effects the extra costs have had on cash flow.”
James Vandenbergh-Harwood, commercial relationship manager at RBS Invoice Finance said: “Ambitions Personnel is a very successful recruiter in the region and the business continues to grow year on year. The new premises are fantastic and will provide the company with the space they need to operate from.
“I am pleased that the working capital facility the company is continuing to support its growth and has helped the business to maintain a smooth cash flow during the relocation process.”
