North West investment property brokerage welcomes new valuer
The Property Advantage, a specialist HMO brokerage based in Shropshire and Greater Manchester has welcomed in another experienced valuer/lister to their team to continue the growth of the ‘Manchester’ based team, following on from August’s arrival of Kevin Choi, their Hong Kong business development manager.
Mark Dixon-Singh joins the team with a wealth of property experience, having worked in Manchester as an HMO management agent and being active on the property investment networking circles for a number of years.
Focusing specifically on advising HMO landlords over the value and likely selling options for their HMOs, Mark will assist the rest of the front-end team in maintaining National coverage – with a strong focus on the North West regions from his Manchester base.
