One Call Recruitment Limited (OCR) has successfully completed the acquisition of Lincolnshire based recruitment firm Epton Employment Services (EES), thanks to support from RBS Invoice Finance and NatWest.
RBS Invoice Finance has supported the deal with a seven figure working capital facility. The deal will double the size of the Peterborough based recruitment specialist creating a company which serves 20 major employers in the East of England. The acquisition is a major element of OCR’s ongoing growth strategy and is set to create further opportunities for the company to increase its scope and take on more work in the future.
Management are now taking steps to fully merge operations and re-brand EEC under the One Call Recruitment name. Former branch manager for EES, Sue Epton, will remain at the hub of the EES operation in Boston, maintaining consistency for clients whilst helping to integrate the business.
RBS Invoice Finance has supported the deal with a seven figure working capital facility whilst NatWest continue to support OCR with banking facilities. Corporate advisors Neil Gray and Jonathan Day from Streets Chartered Accountants also acted on the deal along with solicitors Catriona Wheeler from Andrew & Co Solicitors and Shaun McCabe from Shoosmiths LLP.
