Over 300 sign to Brickflow programme
Over 300 professionals – architects, accountants, construction managers and land agents – have signed up to Brickflow’s introducer programme since its launch in September.
Brickflow, the UK’s first comparison site for development finance, is not only welcoming more introducers to a scheme that enables them to connect clients with lenders and earn additional revenue, increasing numbers of lenders are joining its platform – the 33rd being Assetz Finance.
Once introducers input their clients’ project details, the digital platform compares loans from its panel of lenders, pairing the right lender options with the projects. Instant results are returned which can be sent to borrowers via a link.
Introducers can typically earn around £7,500 on a £1.5m development loan and £15,000 on a £4m deal. Borrowers can source loans ranging from £150k to £150m and are available for residential, commercial and mixed-use new-builds, as well as conversion and Permitted Development projects.
Brickflow key account director, Chris Meyer, comments:“With a 90+% conversion rate from Heads of Terms to completion and 50% commission on offer for the first completed loan and 25% thereafter, I’m not surprised at our sign-up rates. Introducers can provide value-added services, giving clients access to technology that saves time and money, as well as providing them with an additional revenue stream.”
