Partnership Invoice Finance gets animated
Partnership Invoice Finance were really pleased to be introduced by a well known Corporate Finance business to the directors of Darkside Studios Ltd, a London based animated film production company. The business has a fantastic 16 year history of working with some of the major brands in the UK and around the world, with the scope of their work ranging from really top end promotional films through to full length animated film production.
Following a period of ownership under a group structure the directors were looking to acquire the business from the group and as part of the funding package were looking for an invoice finance facility to help fund their future cashflow requirements.
As part of the acquisition the directors were taking over their fully equipped, state of the art production facility and the existing team were all able to stay in place working for the existing customer base. All they needed to get the deal completed was a quick turnaround from an invoice finance company, which is something we at Partnership Invoice Finance were able to offer.
