Pepper Money launches Broker Marketing Hub
Pepper Money has launched a new section of its website to help brokers to market their business more effectively to new and existing customers.
As part of its investment in supporting brokers to succeed and further building on broker/lender relationships, the specialist lender has created a dedicated area of its website to provide information on the steps to consider before setting up a marketing campaign, including practical tips and insights into different customer types. Whether it’s support on public relations, social, email or advertisement, this is a perfect opportunity for brokers to discover new ways to help grow their business.
Pepper Money understand that brokers are often time poor and there are sometimes challenges identifying and accessing the technical expertise to make marketing ideas a reality. Shiloh Robertson, marketing manager at Pepper felt passionate about content creation but more importantly delivering tangible commercial value for broker partners. That’s why brokers will have the ability to contact a key account manager, at the UK’s largest commercial, national and regional newspaper publisher by simply completing a form on the Marketing Hub pages. Brokers will be able to make contact and explore options available to increase business profile and consumer enquiries.
Paul Adams, sales director at Pepper Money, says: “We hope this support is well received by brokers who are keen to promote their services further and potentially reach new target markets. It may also support new broker firms to the industry in getting some early traction as they look to build a new customer base.
This is also something we are doing to support consumers in seeking advice, especially those with specialist needs or complex credit scenario’s. According to our latest Specialist Lending Study from Pepper Money, just 24% of customers with adverse credit said they would seek the advice of a broker and this number is down from 44% in 2021 and 66% in 2020. There is more that brokers can do to create awareness about how their advice and services can accommodate those customers whose circumstances may not appear straight forward to them, but yet can be fully supported on the housing ladder or in refinancing to save money.
“So, at Pepper Money, we are working hard to support brokers in marketing their business with this new dedicated area of our website.
As well as practical information and insights, we are also providing a direct contact to a Key Account manager at the UK’s number one news publisher, providing brokers with access to more than 39 million users online every month and over 20 million monthly housing and property content page views.”
