ProDog are Lloyd’s National Business Awards, 2020 finalists
ProDog has recently been selected as a finalist in Lloyd’s National Business Awards 2020 for The Virgin Atlantic Customer Experience and Loyalty Category, and of course, we’re absolutely over the moon. In fact we’re howling it from the rooftops for so many reasons.
Previous winners include fitness sensation Joe Wicks, Timpson CEO James Timpson OBE, DPD UK, Hotel Chocolat, dementia newspaper Daily Sparkle and online fast fashion success story Missguided.
Being shortlisted for such renowned business awards is a reflection of how hard the ProDog team works every day; especially in what has been an immensely challenging year. It’s an acknowledgement of the outstanding quality products we provide. As well as an appreciation of the exceptional dedication of everyone involved with ProDog to ensuring our customers don’t only get a product, (even though they are great products) but also get an experience when they do find us.
Although all these reasons are dynamite to the celebratory fire in their own right, we do have another reason for celebrating that stands out as the number one to all of us here.
Being shortlisted for such a prestigious award means we have the potential to help even more dogs live the way nature intended.
For those of you who follow us regularly: read our blog posts, get involved with our social media community, buy our products, sign up to our RAWbellion or contact us for advice; you’ll know that what ultimately drives us is knowing we’re helping more dogs to thrive one at a time.
Our fundamental principle to customer experience is “One Product Two Customers”. We know ultimately our canine customers are as important as our hooman customers. It’s the reason we make sure we create the best products, with quality ingredients, that taste delectable to our four-legged friends. Whilst also making sure we’re on hand to answer questions, provide guidance and advice, offer the most convenient, affordable product we can for our two-legged customers.
Awards means more exposure, more publicity, a bigger platform to talk about the important issues that underpin all that we do at ProDog. Namely, the health benefits of species-specific feeding for our canine population.
“When it comes to business recognition, the Lloyds Bank National Business Awards are the ones to win. They allow any successful organisation to tell their story, from large private and public companies, to thriving entrepreneurial businesses, promising start-ups and established SMEs,” said Sarah Austin, awards director.

We hope you’ll join us in celebrating our good news and show your support by sharing the message about raw feeding with your nearest and dearest.
We’re excited for the next stage which will be to present to a panel of judges on 11 September 2020. In the meantime whilst we prepare our presentation in true ProDog style, we’d like to thank all of you, our customers, for your continued loyalty, support and feedback, as well as each and every member of the ProDog team for their continued dedication to the raw feeding cause.
