Quantuma appointed as joint administrators of Savants Restructuring Limited

Carl Jackson and Michael Hall of business advisory firm Quantuma have been appointed as joint administrators of London headquartered insolvency firm Savants Restructuring Limited (Savants) and its subsidiary, Savants Covenant Advisory Limited which have ceased to trade with immediate effect.

This follows the move by the ICAEW to withdraw of the insolvency licence of Adrian Stuart Duncan of Savants Restructuring Limited. At the same time 160 active client cases were transferred to Quantuma.

Carl Jackson, joint administrator and chief executive of Quantuma, said: “These matters are both complex and challenging, with the owners and directors of 160 companies with whom Savants had active engagements at the heart of our short-term priorities.
