Randolph House care home in Scunthorpe sold to Knights Care through Christie & Co
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Randolph House in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire.
Randolph House is a purpose-built care home, registered with the CQC to provide dementia and residential care as well as day care, respite, and long-term placements for up to 70 residents. The business sits in a good-quality detached two-storey property with 67 bedrooms, eight of which have en suite facilities.
The home is located in the industrial town of Scunthorpe, approximately 23 miles east of Doncaster, 25 miles to the west of Grimsby and a similar distance to the south of Kingston upon Hull. Randolph House sits in a residential area of the town on Ferry Road West, adjacent to Trent View Medical Practice and Scunthorpe Congregational Church.
The business was previously managed by Burlington Care on behalf of an investment fund.
The home has been purchased by Knights Care, a Chesterfield based operator.
