Ventrica Limited, a fast-growth contact centre business based in Southend, has expanded their office space and created 80 new jobs thanks to the collaboration of RBS Invoice Finance and European grant facilities.
Dino Forte is the brainchild and founder of Ventrica, having set up the business five years ago during the height of the recession. After a tough few years, Dino has increased the company to the £4.8m innovative, multi-channel, outsourced customer service centre it has become today. The new 15,000 square feet designer contact centre wing will double its seating capacity to 250 and will create an additional 80 jobs taking total employees to date to 160 – the 80 new roles will include: customer service advisors (including multilingual), IT, finance and admin.
RBS Invoice Finance has supported Dino since the company established with an Invoice Finance Facility – this has now increased from £250,000 to £350,000 to allow for his impressive growth and working capital requirements. A European grant worth £114,000 was secured with the help of Essex County Council’s Economic Development Service and contributes to the overall £750,000 investment Ventrica has received.
Dino Forte, founder and managing director of Ventrica Limited, said: “Ventrica has become quite a success story over the last 12 months and our latest investment is testament to this. Southend is a perfect location to tap into a high calibre of dedicated personnel who are essential for a business like ours to thrive and I believe by providing a modern working environment this plays an important part in retaining staff.
“RBS Invoice Finance has been an avid supporter over the years and I am grateful they have once again shown their support by increasing our working capital facility. We have ambitious plans to further grow the company over an 18 month period and with RBS Invoice on board this will give us the capacity to do so.”
Natalie Beaumont, relationship manager at RBS Invoice Finance, said: “I have been impressed with Dino’s business acumen and determination to grow his business from the start. It is rewarding to support a fast growing company like Ventrica who utilise Invoice Finance to expand and create local jobs, which is encouraging for the local economy.
“I wish Dino and his team all the very best as they maximise the opportunities this latest round of investment will present.”
