Roma Finance appoints brand new leadership team
Roma Finance is delighted to announce the creation of the Roma leadership team.
Following further business growth and the recent appointment of Michael Allison to commercial director, the new team has been formed to frame and execute the business strategy with the prime focus being the partner and borrower journey.
Senior leaders, Lorraine Hart, head of credit & risk and Deborah Chaplain, head of collections are now joined by Adam Bates, business architect, Charlotte Rutter, head of marketing & comms as well as newly promoted Lisa Toner, sales operations manager and Tina Parry, customer services manager.
Roma is firm on its dedication to people growth and providing opportunities internally. It is with this in mind, that Roma is able to create the extraordinary lending experience for all its stakeholder partners. These new appointments will put the intensity behind its exciting plans for 2023 and beyond.
Tina Parry said, “I am delighted to have been given this next opportunity within the business. I have been with Roma since the early days and have worn many hats. I, along with my colleagues in the leadership team have received such support from the board and as a whole team have achieved huge strides, putting Roma where it is today.”
