Rotherwood Group acquires Kington Court nursing home in North Herefordshire
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Kington Court in Kington, Herefordshire, to Rotherwood Group.
Established in 2003 by former owner, Blanchworth Care, Kington Court offers residential and nursing care to older ladies and gentlemen.
The business has sold to award-winning healthcare provider, Rotherwood Group, taking its portfolio to a total of seven care homes across Herefordshire, Shropshire, and Worcestershire, with over 350 beds providing a range of complex dementia and luxury residential and nursing care.
CEO of Rotherwood Group, John Fennell, comments, “We are delighted to welcome Kington Court into the group. Kington Court was sold for an undisclosed price.
