RSM accelerates diversity and inclusion agenda with appointment of D&I manager
Leading audit, tax and consulting firm RSM is stepping up its diversity and inclusion (D&I) agenda by appointing Sandra Myers-Edwards as its D&I manager. The role marks a continued commitment by RSM in creating an inclusive talent pool which reflects the values of the organisation.
The firm operates a number of policies to promote diversity, inclusion and belonging and are members of independent programmes designed to help achieve best practice and inform the relationships with the people who enable its success. These include:
- A commitment to ensure everyone can bring their whole self to work
- A Disability Confident employer, a commitment to promoting, shaping and celebrating better business performance for disabled people.
- Membership of the Race at Work Charter with Business in the Community as well as a Stonewall Champion.

Commenting on her appointment, Sandra Myers-Edwards, diversity and inclusion manager at RSM, said: ‘I’m delighted to take on a role that sits at the very centre of RSM’s ambitions for the future.
