RSM advises on sale of East Anglia based logistics firm
RSM’s corporate finance team has advised the shareholders of Star Transport and Warehousing on the successful sale of the business to Howell Gordon Ltd.
Star Transport, headquartered in Thetford, was founded by Neville Marriott in 1964 and is today run by his three sons. Star is a leading regional provider of transportation and warehousing services and is a member of national pallet network Palletforce.
The shareholders were advised by Stephen Orriss and Davin Kandola. Tax advice was provided by Andrew Robinson.
