RSM strengthens its corporate finance team with 11 new appointments
Audit, tax and consulting firm RSM has strengthened its corporate finance team throughout the UK with 11 new appointments joining its London, Manchester, Edinburgh and Reading offices.
In London, Jasper Van Heesch joins as director while Graham Weston, Monique Ahmed and Alex Veale all join as managers. RSM in Edinburgh has recruited Ben Wright as an associate, while Igor Noonan has joined as an executive.
In Manchester, Sam Dalziel becomes the new associate director and David Coxhead and Andrew Aldridge both join as associates. RSM in Reading also welcomes Max Whitehead as its new director and Nick Boreham as an associate.
Kirsty Sandwell, RSM’s head of transactions, said: ‘After an exceptionally challenging year for many clients, the deals market has recovered well and, in some ways, exceeded expectations. Private equity liquidity and the threat of capital gains tax increases have all driven activity; so, it’s great to strengthen the corporate finance team across the UK to ensure we are well placed to support acquisitive clients.
‘Each appointment brings a range of skills, knowledge and experience that will undoubtedly bolster our ability to support our middle market clients in navigating future opportunities in the UK and internationally.’
