RSM UK advises leading data specialist on next stage of growth
RSM UK’s M&A and private equity team has advised on the sale of Adatis Group Limited, a leading independent data analytics consultancy and Microsoft specialist, to Incremental Group.
Founded 16 years ago, Adatis has grown to become one of the largest Microsoft specialists in the UK, with offices in England, Bulgaria and India. The company provides advanced data analytics consulting, delivery and managed services to large, high-profile clients across both the private and public sectors.
The acquisition by Incremental, a private equity backed provider of digital transformation services and specialists in Microsoft Dynamics, marks its second deal this year. The combined group will strengthen its position as one of the leaders in Microsoft data consultancy and digital enterprise.
The transaction was led by RSM UK’s corporate finance partner Natalie Ord, with support from Stephanie Wilson, James Underhill, Tom Sheerin and Aoidin Gormley.
