RSM UK appoints new people and change expert in consulting team
Leading audit, tax and consulting firm RSM UK has appointed Alex Fraser as a director to head up its people and change offering within its consulting practice.
Alex has over 25 years’ experience in business transformation and maximising people’s performance at all levels within national and multinational businesses. She is an expert in building a compelling vision and narrative for change; managing stakeholders and building commitment to change from the frontline through to the boardroom; and creating innovative learning solutions.
She joins from Hays, where she was group head of organisational change, and previously held roles at PwC and KPMG. Alex is also a qualified professional leadership coach.
At RSM, she will help clients identify and understand change and people related challenges to develop and implement bespoke strategies to drive growth, improve performance and achieve its goals. She will support organisations in ensuring their people are engaged and committed, in all types of scenarios, whether that be changing the organisational structure, complying with new regulations, or undergoing a transaction or merger.
