RSM UK strengthens business transformation team with key hire
Leading audit, tax and consulting firm RSM UK has appointed Juan Federico as a business transformation director in its growing consulting practice.
Juan brings a wealth of experience and strong track record in leading a range of complex strategic programmes within the banking and insurance market, including global FTSE 100 companies, primarily in the UK, Europe and the Americas. He joins RSM from Baringa, where he was part of the CFO advisory leadership team.
Juan specialises in helping financial services organisations achieve their strategic goals and transform their business effectively, focusing on delivering sustainable change and ensuring our clients operate more efficiently. His experience spans finance function support, regulatory transformations, and enterprise performance management. This includes financial planning & analysis (FP&A), cost reduction and post-merger integration programmes.
At RSM, Juan will build upon the firm’s business transformation and enterprise performance management solutions to further strengthen RSM’s presence in the financial services market.
