Shawbrook launches new online hub for its broker partners
Shawbrook Bank has announced the launch of a brand new ‘Broker Hub’ exclusively for its broker partners.
The bank’s existing Broker Hub has been completely overhauled to provide a host of new services and benefits, designed to make business transactions with Shawbrook easier, faster and more efficient.
The new-look system features a number of innovative tools for Shawbrook’s brokers, including:
– The ability to source fully credit-searched online quotes for each Shawbrook product, allowing brokers to secure clients faster.
– A case tracker dashboard, which displays a real-time picture of pipelines, outstanding items, case lists and how each one is progressing.
– A document upload facility, which lists any outstanding documents and allows brokers to upload files directly to the Shawbrook teams.
– A database of useful materials such as case studies, upcoming events, Shawbrook documentation and information on Shawbrook’s commercial mortgages team.
