Simon Burnell joins UTB as head of product development
United Trust Bank has made another key appointment as the bank continues to develop its Mortgages & Bridging Division.
Simon Burnell, formerly director of Sales at Vida Homeloans, joins UTB as head of product development for Mortgages and Bridging.
Simon will be responsible for the monitoring and analysis of UTB’s existing mortgage and bridging products to ensure the bank maintains competitiveness and market share, as well as identifying and delivering new mortgage products and lending volume in line with UTB’s growth strategy.
A well-known and highly respected mortgage professional, Simon has over 20 years’ experience in the specialist mortgage industry, building a formidable track record of innovation and success and establishing strong relationships with brokers and lenders across the 1st and 2nd charge intermediary mortgage markets.
United Trust Bank continues to develop the teams across all disciplines and recently announced it had appointed its 200th member of staff.
