Smith Cooper System Partners announces acquisition
Smith Cooper System Partners are delighted to announce the acquisition of Cellular Solutions Business Systems Division as a key expansion in the North East Region.
Based in Sunderland, the core systems team at Cellular have worked together for more than 20 years, bringing vast experience in the Sage Channel and particular skills and knowledge around CRM and SME level Manufacturing. Like Smith Cooper System Partners, the business provides all the standard Sage 200 products and services and, again in line with Smith Cooper, enjoys fantastic long term relationships with their clients.
Chris Smith, MD of Smith Cooper said “The acquisition of Cellular Solutions Business Systems Division is a tremendous development for our Northern region and also our business at large. We very much welcome our new customers and are excited to work with them and increase our footprint in the North East. However, there is also no question that Peter Clark and his team, who are all joining us from Cellular, are of the highest quality and are going to be a massive asset to our business in terms of both their skillsets and as quality colleagues. We have recently doubled our office space in our Newcastle premises and I suspect we maybe increasing it again very shortly!”

As a consequence of this deal, Smith Cooper will immediately be accredited to provide CIM50 Manufacturing solutions for Sage 50 clients. We will provide more information on this in due course.
