Specialist bridge lender continues to grow its team
Fast-growing specialist real estate lender Hilco Real Estate Finance UK (HREF) has appointed Steve Allen as senior business development manager.
Having worked in financial services for over 30 years, Steve’s experience includes a background in personal banking. He acted as a financial adviser for more than 20 years as well as having been a regulated bridging broker for London brokers, SPF Private Finance and Clifton Private Finance.
For the last six years, Steve has worked in the bridging finance market and has been successfully transacting deals with his network of specialist finance brokers throughout the UK. Being CeMAP qualified, and having vast experience gained over many years in finance, he is well placed to understand complex lending structures.
Steve’s commitment to providing an excellent level of service to his broker network was recently recognised when he was shortlisted in the Bridging & Commercial Awards 2024 as Lender Relationship Manager of the Year.
